Shipping policy
Once the receipt of payment has been confirmed, the goods ordered by the Buyer are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.
The expected delivery time is up to 10 working days for mainland Portugal and up to 15 working days for the rest of European Union.
The title to the goods and the risk of any damages arising therefrom are transferred to the Buyer upon completion of delivery, ie at the time such goods are delivered by the Seller to the specified address.
The goods are delivered to the address specified in the respective order, on the ground floor.
Once the goods have been delivered, the Buyer visually inspects them. If any damage is found in the packaging, the Buyer describes this on the delivery note. If defective goods are detected, the Buyer, within 3 (three) working days, informs the Seller's Customer Service about it, providing a copy of the delivery note and photos of all the defective goods as they were delivered. There is no need to return the defective goods to the shipping company.
