Is it possible to order by phone?
No. Orders must be submitted directly to the online store. In case of doubt or need for advice, our team is fully available to help you through the available contacts (phone or email).
Is it safe to shop online? Are my data protected?
Yes, it's safe. All payments are made through companies certified by financial authorities. Your data is only used for Mattrs related to order confirmation and delivery.

What payment methods are available?
Tailedecor.com offers the option to pay for your purchases using: Credit card, PayPal, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Union Pay.
What is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is up to 10 working days for mainland Portugal and up to 15 business days for the rest of Europe.
During festive periods, delivery times may be subject to changes.
Where do I receive the order?
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicate when confirming the order or, if you select the "pick-up point" option, at our pick-up point (located in Mealhada, Portugal). If you want to change the delivery address of your order, you must contact us through the available means. Changing the destination address may imply changing the amount allocated to transport costs.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. We will send you the invoice by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
